Setting up your club and choosing a plan
Setting up a club takes a few minutes: an account, a short form about you, your club’s details, a plan and a payment. Then you go straight into your club.

Create your account

Go to app.sportmatch.pl and follow the sign-up link below the login form. On Create your account, enter your Email address and a Password — at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. The phone number is optional here. Choose Sign up.

Check your inbox for an email with a code. Type it into Verification code and choose Verify email. No code? Look in your spam folder, or choose Didn’t get a code? Resend it.

On Tell us about yourself, fill in your first and last name, date of birth, gender and mobile number (the address and photo are optional). Other club members only ever see your year of birth. Choose Continue.

When asked What would you like to do?, choose I run a club.
Tip: On the login screen you can also use Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook. One account per email address: if you already have an account with a password, connect Google or Facebook to it in Settings → My profile → Connected accounts.

Enter your club’s details and choose a plan

In Tell us about your club, enter the Club name and the club owner’s first name, last name and address (the name is filled in from your profile). Choose Continue.

Compare the plans and choose Choose this plan on the one you want. Prices are net (23% VAT is added) and cover clubs with up to 50 members; every further 50 members is +30 PLN net a month.

Pick your bank or BLIK under Choose a payment method (payments are handled by Przelewy24). You are taken to the payment page — pay as you normally would with your bank.

Back from the payment you’ll see 🎉 Congratulations!. Choose Go to Today — your club is ready.

If the payment is pending or fails
- Awaiting payment confirmation — the bank hasn’t confirmed the payment yet (common with a standard bank transfer). Choose Check status again in a moment. You can also close the page: the next time you log in, the wizard checks the status by itself.
- Payment declined — choose Retry payment and try again, or use a different method.
Until the subscription is paid, logging in always brings you back to the wizard — your club and everything you entered are waiting.
Frequently asked questions
I’m a coach or a parent — do I need to set up a club?
No. Choose I coach at an existing club or I’m a member or a parent and wait for your club’s invitation — see Joining a club.
Can I run several clubs from one account?
Yes. Each club has its own subscription, and you switch between clubs at the top of the sidebar — see Finding your way around.
