Parent accounts: your children
One parent account covers all of your children’s matters: attendance, payments and documents. The club links your children to your account — there’s nothing for you to set up.

Your children in the app
Choose Members in the menu. For privacy you only see the club owner, the coaches, yourself and your children — the children are indented under your name, with their group and training days.
-
Click a child to open their page. General info shows their contact details and the Parents / guardians list with what each of them may do.
-
The Trainings tab lists every session of your child’s: declined ones on the left, attended ones on the right, and for upcoming sessions the deadline for answering.
-
On the Documents and Payments tabs you send your child’s documents and check their charges — see Documents to hand in and Payments and your balance.
Several guardians and the primary guardian
A child can have several guardians — both parents, for instance, even if they live apart. The club decides what each of them may do: Attendance (answering for sessions), Contact details (the child’s address, phone and full date of birth), Notifications about the child, and Consents (sending documents).
- Without a primary guardian, every guardian allowed to manage attendance decides equally, and the others are notified of each change.
- Once the club sets a primary guardian, only they confirm or decline the child’s sessions. The others still see the sessions and get notified.
- Guardians never see each other’s contact details or payments.
Tip: Want to change permissions, add the other parent or set a primary guardian? Ask the club — the club owner does it on the child’s page.
The family balance
A club can bill several members to one family account — then Today and Payments show a single balance (e.g. “Family: Rodzina Zielińskich”) and you pay for everyone at once. If you pay for more than one family account, you decide at payment time how much goes to each — each family’s charges are settled only from its own part. See Pay now.
