Citi Handlowy: downloading the history as CSV

How to download your Citi Handlowy account history as a CSV file for importing payments into Sport Match: the period, incoming only, and no balance after each transaction.

Can Sport Match read this file?

Importing from Citi Handlowy is coming soon. Sport Match can’t read this bank’s files yet — today it reads ING Bank Śląski’s. Until then, record payments by hand: Record payment.

Personal and small-business accounts — now at VeloBank

In June 2026 Citi Handlowy’s retail banking (micro-businesses included) moved to VeloBank, and Citibank Online was switched off. The account number stayed the same. You now download the history at VeloBank — see VeloBank: downloading the history as CSV.

CitiDirect BE (companies)

In CitiDirect BE a CSV is a report built from a template of your own.

  1. On the home page open the recently run reports, then My reports → Design a new template.

  2. Choose an account-transactions report category and the CSV format.

  3. Choose the report’s fields — only the ones needed: dates, counterparty, account, title, amount, side (credit/debit). Don’t add the balance.

  4. Set the filters: the date range and — if the report allows — credits only. Save the template.

  5. Run the template and download the file from the recently run reports (kept there for 96 hours).

The period
from–to dates or a number of recent days; data from the last 18 months.
Incoming only
the bank’s guide doesn’t list a credits-only filter, but the data carries a credit/debit marker. Sport Match skips outgoing payments anyway.
Balance after each transaction
yes — you choose the fields of a CSV report, so you leave the balance out.

Before you import the file

  • Load the file exactly as the bank produced it — don’t open and re-save it in Excel.
  • Sport Match reads only the incoming payments from the file (date, sender, title, amount, kind and the sender’s account). It skips balances and outgoing payments, and doesn’t keep the file — more in What happens to the file and the data.
