PKO Bank Polski: downloading the history as CSV

How to download your PKO Bank Polski account history as a CSV file for importing payments into Sport Match: the period, incoming only, and no balance after each transaction.

Can Sport Match read this file?

Importing from PKO Bank Polski is coming soon. Sport Match can’t read this bank’s files yet — today it reads ING Bank Śląski’s. Until then, record payments by hand: Record payment.

iPKO and IKO (personal)

Instructions coming soon. We haven’t yet been able to confirm from the bank’s official materials how the CSV export works here. We’ll fill in this page — until then, use the bank’s own help (links below).

  • The history is under History → Account operations and has filters and a search box.
  • PKO’s official help doesn’t describe exporting the history to CSV or choosing columns. The IKO app gives single PDF confirmations.

iPKO biznes

From the iPKO biznes user guide (an older one — the menus may have changed).

  1. Open the Account history tab and search for the operations in the period you are settling.

  2. Narrow the search to incoming payments (type of operation, or an amount range without a minus — debits carry a “-” sign).

  3. Choose Group functions → Download statement (Funkcje grupowe → Pobierz zestawienie) and the CSV format.

The period
search by dates; the bank states no limit for the list.
Incoming only
through the search — the statement covers the operations found.
Balance after each transaction
the on-screen table’s columns can be hidden, but the guide doesn’t say whether that applies to the file. Without the balance: the paid Reporting Module (your own file layout). Either way Sport Match doesn’t read balances.

Before you import the file

  • Load the file exactly as the bank produced it — don’t open and re-save it in Excel.
  • Sport Match reads only the incoming payments from the file (date, sender, title, amount, kind and the sender’s account). It skips balances and outgoing payments, and doesn’t keep the file — more in What happens to the file and the data.
