Erste Bank Polska (Santander): downloading the history as CSV

How to download your Erste Bank Polska (Santander) account history as a CSV file for importing payments into Sport Match: the period, incoming only, and no balance after each transaction.

Can Sport Match read this file?

Importing from Erste Bank Polska (Santander) is coming soon. Sport Match can’t read this bank’s files yet — today it reads ING Bank Śląski’s. Until then, record payments by hand: Record payment.

Erste internet (formerly Santander internet) — personal and Mini Firma accounts

In April 2026 Santander Bank Polska was renamed Erste Bank Polska. Online banking is at the same address (centrum24.pl).

  1. Sign in to Erste internet on a computer and open History (Historia).

  2. Set the date filter to the period you are settling.

  3. In the type filter choose incoming (wpływy).

  4. Download the history in CSV format.

The period
a date filter; the bank states no limit.
Incoming only
the incoming filter exists; the bank doesn’t say outright whether the file follows it. Sport Match skips outgoing payments anyway.
Balance after each transaction
the bank’s help doesn’t describe choosing the export’s columns, so the file may include the balance after each transaction. That’s fine: Sport Match doesn’t read balances and doesn’t keep the file.

The Erste app doesn’t export the history to CSV (statements in the app are PDF only).

iBiznes24

The history file format is set in the iBiznes24 preferences. The options include Moja Firma plus CSV and the linear format (both in the Windows-1250 encoding).

  1. In the preferences choose the history file format and the separator (comma, semicolon, pipe or tab).

  2. Download the club account’s history for the period you are settling — one file per account.

The period
chosen when downloading the history.
Incoming only
the guide doesn’t describe an incoming-only filter; the linear format has a credit/debit marker. Sport Match skips outgoing payments anyway.
Balance after each transaction
Moja Firma plus CSV has a fixed Balance column that can’t be turned off. The linear format has no balance after each transaction. Either way Sport Match doesn’t read balances.

Before you import the file

  • Load the file exactly as the bank produced it — don’t open and re-save it in Excel.
  • Sport Match reads only the incoming payments from the file (date, sender, title, amount, kind and the sender’s account). It skips balances and outgoing payments, and doesn’t keep the file — more in What happens to the file and the data.
