Banki spółdzielcze: downloading the history as CSV
How to download your cooperative bank’s account history as a CSV file for importing payments into Sport Match. The menus depend on the system your bank uses — the most common ones are covered here.
Can Sport Match read this file?
Importing from Banki spółdzielcze is coming soon. Sport Match can’t read this bank’s files yet — today it reads ING Bank Śląski’s. Until then, record payments by hand: Record payment.
First: which system your bank uses
Cooperative banks (in the Bank BPS or SGB groups) use different online banking systems, so the menus depend on the bank. The system’s name is usually shown on the sign-in page or in the online banking terms. Below are the most common systems, from the guides the banks publish.
Asseco EBP (formerly def3000) — many BPS and SGB banks
-
In Settings → Export settings choose CSV for the history.
-
Open Transaction history and set the period.
-
Under More → Show (Więcej → Pokaż) leave only Incoming (Wpływy) ticked.
-
Choose Download history in the chosen format.
- The period
- this or last month, the last 90 days, this or last year, or your own dates.
- Incoming only
- yes — outgoing payments can be unticked; the file is the downloaded list.
- Balance after each transaction
- this system’s CSV has no balance column.
SGB24 (SGB group)
-
In the import and export settings choose the history file format (CSV among others for personal customers).
-
Open Accounts → Transaction history and open the Filters: the period and incoming only.
-
Download the transaction history statement.
- The period
- set in the filters.
- Incoming only
- the bank’s help doesn’t say whether the file follows a filter on the type of operation. If the export lets you choose incoming payments (credits) only, do; if not, Sport Match skips outgoing payments anyway.
- Balance after each transaction
- the CSV columns aren’t documented. In the “linear” format you choose the fields yourself and the balance isn’t among them. Either way Sport Match doesn’t read balances.
e25 (Bank BPS)
-
Open the History tab and set the criteria: dates and Type of operation → All credits (Wszystkie uznania).
-
Choose Export and the CSV format.
- The period
- by booking or operation date; history older than 90 days needs an extra code confirmation.
- Incoming only
- the filter exists; the guide doesn’t say outright that the export follows it. Sport Match skips outgoing payments anyway.
- Balance after each transaction
- the CSV has fixed columns including the balance, which can’t be left out. Sport Match doesn’t read that column and doesn’t keep the file.
Internet Banking / KBI
-
Open Accounts → History (business version: Accounts → Operations), set the filter and choose Search.
-
In the filter choose account credits (uznania rachunku) only and the date range.
-
Tick the operations, choose Statement (Zestawienie) and the CSV format or a Defined file (Plik definiowany).
- The period
- from–to dates or the last days/months.
- Incoming only
- yes — the export covers the filtered, ticked operations.
- Balance after each transaction
- the plain CSV includes the balance. Without it: a Defined file (in Settings → Parameters) — you choose the fields, and the balance isn’t among them.
eBankNet
-
In the menu choose History, open the filters (period, type of operation) and choose Apply.
-
Choose the CSV button.
- The period
- from–to dates or the last days/months.
- Incoming only
- the bank’s help doesn’t say whether the file follows a filter on the type of operation. If the export lets you choose incoming payments (credits) only, do; if not, Sport Match skips outgoing payments anyway.
- Balance after each transaction
- the CSV has fixed columns, including the balance after the transaction, which can’t be left out. Sport Match doesn’t read that column and doesn’t keep the file.
Before you import the file
- Load the file exactly as the bank produced it — don’t open and re-save it in Excel.
- Sport Match reads only the incoming payments from the file (date, sender, title, amount, kind and the sender’s account). It skips balances and outgoing payments, and doesn’t keep the file — more in What happens to the file and the data.
