Alior Bank: downloading the history as CSV

How to download your Alior Bank account history as a CSV file for importing payments into Sport Match: the period, incoming only, and no balance after each transaction.

Can Sport Match read this file?

Importing from Alior Bank is coming soon. Sport Match can’t read this bank’s files yet — today it reads ING Bank Śląski’s. Until then, record payments by hand: Record payment.

Alior Online (personal)

Instructions coming soon. We haven’t yet been able to confirm from the bank’s official materials how the CSV export works here. We’ll fill in this page — until then, use the bank’s own help (links below).

  • The history is under Payments → Transaction history; after choosing the account, open Show filters (Pokaż filtry).
  • Period: ready ranges (this week, this month, 6 months, a year) or your own dates from the calendar.
  • Incoming only: the Type of operation → Credits (Uznania (wpływy)) filter.
  • The bank’s official help doesn’t describe exporting this list to CSV or choosing columns — we’ll add it.

Alior Business and BusinessPro (companies)

The bank is moving BusinessPro customers to the new Alior Business system. The steps below are for BusinessPro, from the bank’s guide; we haven’t yet found an official export guide for Alior Business.

  1. Open Settings → Export and add a template of the operations history type: CSV, code page, separators, date format, and the fields and their order.

  2. Choose Export, set the period and tick credits only (jedynie uznania).

  3. Choose Download (Pobierz).

The period
set when exporting.
Incoming only
yes — the credits only option applies to the exported file.
Balance after each transaction
the history export’s field list has no balance after each transaction — the file doesn’t contain it.

Before you import the file

  • Load the file exactly as the bank produced it — don’t open and re-save it in Excel.
  • Sport Match reads only the incoming payments from the file (date, sender, title, amount, kind and the sender’s account). It skips balances and outgoing payments, and doesn’t keep the file — more in What happens to the file and the data.
